I know I've been procrastinating on sharing the shed update, but with good reason! We've had some complications with the dome's platform that ended with me firing my contractor, who....happens to own the development. I've been working closely with @pacificdomes to figure out what my options are and I'm extremely grateful for the support they've provided. My neighbours have also been incredibly supportive and have offered to help however they can. ♥️ Shed video on the way, but for now, here's some photos! I have made another addition, but let's not jump too far ahead of the videos. More updates coming soon! 🙃
We collected decals when we traveled as kids. They covered my window at home since Mom wouldn’t let us put them on the car. I had forgotten all about that before I read this.
Haha, I wonder why she wouldn’t let you put them them on the car? I keep mine on the windows. Easier to remove without damaging the vehicle.
She hated free advertising. She got enraged when those places slapped bumper stickers on the car and refused to go to the Sea Lion Caves for that reason!
Haha, that makes sense! I’ve seen some vehicles COVERED in bumper stickers! I’ve always wondered how they get them off when it’s time to sell. Taking one or two off is one thing. What about dozens??
That was her phobia.
Love the fuel cap one!
Haha, thanks! That one wasn’t from them. That’s been there all along. 😅
Quite the collection!
Thank you! I’m looking forward to earning them. 🙂
That’s awesome! Four years ago, Lex and I took the Loneliest Highway 50 challenge and got our pins and certificates from Travel Nevada. The tattoos look great on Samson! – Neek
Oh wow! I’m surprised they gave it to me ahead of time. They’re really trusting me to earn them. 😅 Any advice for traveling the loneliest highway?
Yes, make sure that you have a full tank of gas. It can get a bit expensive outside of Fallon, Nevada. Don’t miss the Eureka Opera House in Eureka or Austin, Nevada. Both are excellent places to visit. Happy travels! – Neek
Sounds like I’ll need a full tank and a Jerry can! Thanks for the heads up. 🙂
